I’m a bit late in catching up, but here’s another lovely review of MOTHER EARTH’S LULLABY by the Two Bookworms Blog. Thank you, Barbara and Julia! Just click on the link!

The Holidays Are Approaching…
…and what better gift to give than a book. Books shape minds, give people an escape, give us something to talk about and who doesn’t have a book in their heart that has stayed with them long after childhood?
This is why I’m so excited to see Mother Earth’s Lullaby listed on Word Spelunking’s Holiday Gift Guide. The list is populated with some outstanding children’s books and authors (J. Patrick Lewis, Jane Yolen, Robert Sabuda, to name a few). Check it out for some great gift ideas!
MOTHER EARTH’S LULLABY IS OUT!
MOTHER EARTH’S LULLABY: A SONG FOR ENDANGERED ANIMALS is now available at bookstores and online! It only took ten years for this manuscript to become a published book (but that’s for another post, when I don’t have a deadline approaching!).
Additionally, my publisher Tilbury House, offers a 20% discount to educators! But even if you’re not a teacher, I highly recommend checking out this gorgeous book. Carol Heyer‘s illustrations are stunning and something to spend some time with. Here are a couple of samples but the book has so much more–condors, pandas, wallabies, toucans, vaquitas, wolves, deer, toucans, rhinos, nēnē, and owls. Enjoy!
